The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is a good option for those looking for a mid-priced robot vacuum and mop. It provides a fantastic mopping experience but lacks the features that make up its more expensive counterpart.
In tests, it was able to take on dry oats and dust on carpets of medium pile as well as pet hair on hard floors. It does not use LIDAR, however, as cheaper models do, to map your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. It offers impressive cleaning power and plenty of features, including the self-emptying dirt container built into its charging base. This robot can recognize your cleaning habits, and suggest automatic schedules to provide you with an effortless cleaning experience.
The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning functions with the touch of the button. You can opt for a general clean that prioritizes the removal of large debris such as cereal and rice or go for two thorough mappings of your area to ensure that your entire home has a clean and tidy appearance.
This robot vacuum is effective on both floors that are bare and carpets with low pile. It sucks up large items and does not lose suction as fast as other models do, and it can even remove pet hair with ease. It's a challenge with carpets that are high-pile or plush, but iRobot claims that future models will be better.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that adopts an open-fronted, flat-fronted design. The company hopes that this will allow it to fit into the furniture and walls. It's a great improvement over the standard hockey puck shape of robovacs, but we discovered it to be only marginally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also comes with superior filtration that blocks micro-sized particles and allergens from circulating within your home. We think it's a nice statement however, it's not enough to justify a higher price.
Its smart navigation system uses sensors that keep track of your home's layout, and vSLAM technology for mapping the interior. This allows it to steer clear of obstacles, like stairs and other barriers, and also to clean your whole home efficiently possible. The iRobot Home app lets you manage the robot and plan cleaning times, as well as establish virtual boundary markers, so it is aware of areas that require more attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
When it is about robots that can combine vacuuming and mopping and mopping, the Roborock Q revo is a standout. Its vacuum settings are just as effective as those found on higher-end models. What sets the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to run nearly autonomously with very little need for human intervention. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that can automatically transfer physical trash to the hidden bin and washes and drys the mop pads, and refills its clean water tank. The app is capable of notifying you when something needs attention, such as the water tank being empty or a scheduled vacuuming session having been canceled due to a stuffed dust bin.
You can also combine or create rooms to alter the way Q Revo handles your home. That's a handy feature for those who have multiple areas of your home with different flooring materials or there's clutter that must be removed regularly, such as clothes, toys, and books. The robot vacuum was also among the best performers in my tests, picking up debris on both carpets as well as hardwood floors with the first attempt. It is able to even clean up spills that are wet however I would recommend cleaning them off using a clean cloth before bringing the robot in.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a high-end robot vacuum and mop and more. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it has an excellent vacuum with a powerful suction that cleans hard and carpet floors, plus a rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also comes with self-cleaning bases that automatically empty and cleans the mop pads, ensuring that they remain them clean and ready for use again. It also comes with a brand new sensor system that better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture and other objects.
The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that it is sleeker and more modern design, thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet tall and deep and weighs nearly four pounds--the robot itself and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.
This version is also more efficient than the X1 version, since it charges faster and can handle a full cleaning of around 1,500 square feet on one charge. It also has a larger and more robust dust bin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.
Finally it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app as well as voice assistant that operates offline, allowing you to use it even if you're not at home. It also has more mopping modes and a smart routing feature which allows it to click here clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead simply following a predetermined route.
The X2 Omni is the most effective robot for mopping. Its rotating mop pads scrub away tough stains, and its motor creates lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding, and it also increases suction when it detects a carpet to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has a huge battery that can last for weeks between charges, and its mopping mode is as efficient as anything we've seen in the market for a consumer robot.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality mop and robot vacuum that comes with a host of convenience features you do not often find on robots in this price range. It has the ability to create detailed floor maps, identify various flooring types and is among the few to automatically wash and dry the mop pads. These features are nice however they can place the L10s in the luxury category. This might make it more expensive than homeowners need.
Designed to look like a contemporary floor cleaner The L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish highlighted by mirror plating and silver elements. The front of the machine is dominated by a huge bumper, which helps protect furniture and vacuum cleaners from damage when moving around the home. Sensors are concealed behind the front pane which helps the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button that acts as an on/off switch. Clicking this will turn on the vacuum, and clicking it again will shut off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The circular menu located in the center of the control panel allows you to select cleaning modes, schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons will open the app's settings where you can alter the way the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.
Like the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation technologies to map out your home. This allows the robot to clean and mop efficiently, without getting stuck. The LIDAR helps the robot vacuum avoid obstacles and recognize them and avoid them, which is a great feature for households with pets or young children.
The L10s Ultra provides solid vacuuming performance, clearing 98.4% of debris from our hard-floor test and getting rid of all but the most difficult juice stains. The mops also work well and remove 98.4 percent of the debris from our carpet, tile, and wood tests. However, it wasn't quite as great at tackling sand on the hard floor and Quaker oats on carpet.
